Create the product in the catalog
Create or open the active product in Lightspeed Retail X-Series. Use a clear product name and SKU so it is easy to find from SiteSeam.

In SiteSeam
Open Lightspeed Retail and start the connection
Open Integrations in SiteSeam, choose Lightspeed Retail, and select Connect Lightspeed Retail. Only a workspace owner or admin can manage the connection.

Approve access in Lightspeed Retail
Review the requested read permissions and approve SiteSeam for the intended X-Series store. Your Lightspeed Retail password is never shared with SiteSeam.

Create a SiteSeam project
Create a project for the Reel and give it a descriptive name. This project will hold the imported originals and the content you create from them.

Choose the product and catalog images
Select Lightspeed Retail as the source, find the matching product, and choose only the catalog images you have permission to use.

Accept the media-rights statement and start the import. SiteSeam copies the selected product images into the project without changing their source in Lightspeed Retail.

Start a Reel, arrange the imported images, choose movement and effects, then review the branding and format before generating.
