SiteSeam learning center
Follow the listing from first photo to final delivery.
Task-based guidance for creating, reviewing, branding, revising, downloading, sharing, and scheduling property media.
01
Project basics
Create a project around one listing
A project is the source of truth for listing facts, originals, photo versions, video versions, captions, branding, and social posts.
- Choose Create Project and enter a recognizable listing name.
- Import by address or supported URL, or upload files directly.
- Confirm that you have the right to use imported listing media.
- Review successes and any per-file errors before continuing.
iThe original upload remains unchanged even when a generated derivative is watermarked.
02
Photo workflow
Analyze, describe, and compare a photo edit
SiteSeam surfaces scene-relevant controls and keeps the generated version attached to its source.
- Open AI Edit from the gallery.
- Choose a detected preset, custom prompt, or Draw mode.
- Add preservation rules for geometry and surroundings.
- Select resolution and the appropriate disclosure.
- Queue the edit, then compare the result beside the original.
iUnsafe or unsupported prompts may require a correction before processing.
03
Photo workflow
Stage without replacing the source
Correct the detected room type, choose whether to add or replace furniture, and select a design style.
- Open the Virtual Staging tab.
- Confirm room type and furniture action.
- Choose a style and add optional instructions.
- Set resolution and disclosure.
- Review, revise, download, or select the new version for video.
iDisclosure rules vary by destination. Preserve the original for comparison.
04
Video workflow
Select photos and set the tour format
Choose a balanced scene order, then prepare independent landscape or portrait crops.
- Click or tap photos to add them.
- Use Pick best photos as an editable suggestion.
- Reorder the sequence.
- Choose 16:9 landscape or 9:16 portrait.
- Open Crop on any scene that needs repositioning.
iFree projects are limited to five selected photos in both the interface and server validation.
05
Video workflow
Use camera motion and effects intentionally
Auto motion is the default. Forced motion and effects should fit the source photo to reduce geometry artifacts.
- Preview Auto, Push In, Push Out, Orbit Left, or Orbit Right.
- Open VFX on a scene only when the source suits the effect.
- Complete required parameters such as short Word Drop text.
- Review the full render summary before reserving credits.
iThe available VFX catalog comes from the server so names, limits, and costs stay current.
06
Brand workflow
Create a branded derivative from the clean video
Keep an unbranded base for property delivery and derive a marketing version without rebuilding every scene.
- Choose intro and outro templates or select None.
- Apply a Brand Kit and review each editable field.
- Select or upload licensed music.
- Add a reviewed script, voice, captions, and—when an approved provider is configured—an optional avatar.
- Preview portrait or landscape, then render the branded version.
iPer-video overrides do not change the saved Brand Kit unless you explicitly save them.
07
Revision workflow
Correct one part without restarting
Quick Edit is for localized changes to clips or branding while retaining completed work.
- Redo a clip with an artifact.
- Swap a clip to another project photo or version.
- Exclude, reinclude, or reorder scenes.
- Change a scene effect or branding choice.
- Render a new version and keep the earlier one.
iRedo and swap allowances are plan-configured and shown before confirmation.
08
Revision decision
Redo motion; swap the source
Redo asks the provider to try the same scene again. Swap replaces the scene source with a different project asset or version.
- Use Redo when composition is right but generated motion is not.
- Use Swap when another photo communicates the scene better.
- Review credit or plan impact.
- Compare the derived version before sharing.
iRetries of the same failed job must not create a second charge.
09
Advanced editing
Use a layered timeline for precise changes
Start from a base or branded version and work with clips, text, templates, and audio non-destructively.
- Add or remove timeline rows.
- Trim, split, duplicate, delete, and reorder elements.
- Style and position text with entrance and exit animation.
- Replace template media and adjust audio.
- Preview and save a new rendered version.
iA Studio render points to the exact source version and retains prior outputs.
10
Delivery
Choose the right handoff for the recipient
A completed version can be downloaded, shared through a hosted page, or exposed through a short-lived direct media link.
- Use Copy Link for a viewer-friendly hosted page.
- Use Copy video link for an approved embed or MLS workflow.
- Download the rendered file or a ZIP of generated clips.
- Revoke a share or add an expiration when needed.
iPublic links are unguessable and tenant-managed; raw storage locations remain private.
11
Publishing
Post now or schedule an authorized destination
Connect eligible Instagram and Facebook destinations through OAuth, then review caption and schedule details.
- Choose connected destinations.
- Write or generate a caption, then edit it.
- Review destination character limits.
- Post now or select a future date, time, and timezone.
- Monitor Scheduled, Publishing, Posted, Retrying, Needs attention, Failed, or Canceled status.
iFacebook publishing targets Pages; Instagram requires an eligible Business or Creator account.
12
Usage
Know what will be reserved before processing
Video credits create a base video. AI credits cover configured photo edits, staging, and effects beyond included allowances.
- Review the usage estimate.
- Confirm the render or edit explicitly.
- Track reservation, charge, refund, and any configured expiration or rollover entries in the usage ledger.
- Open Manage Plan when you need different capacity.
iCurrent plan configuration, not dated marketing copy, controls entitlements and costs.
