Create the events you want to promote
Create or open the events inside the correct Eventbrite organization. Use clear names and complete event details so the right covers are easy to identify in SiteSeam.

Review the organizer event list and confirm that each event you want to use has the correct current cover image.

In SiteSeam
Open Eventbrite and start the connection
Open Integrations in SiteSeam, choose Eventbrite, and select Connect Eventbrite. Only a workspace owner or admin can manage the connection.

Approve access in Eventbrite
Review the Eventbrite authorization screen and approve access to the organizations and events you manage. Your Eventbrite password is never shared with SiteSeam.

Verify that Eventbrite is connected
SiteSeam confirms the connection and marks Eventbrite as connected. If access needs attention later, the same card guides an owner or admin through reconnecting.

Create a SiteSeam project
Create a project for the Reel and give it a descriptive name. This project will hold the imported originals and the content you create from them.

Choose the organization and event images
Select Eventbrite as the source, open the matching organization, and choose the current event cover images you have permission to use.

Accept the media-rights statement and start the import. SiteSeam copies the selected event images into the project without changing their source in Eventbrite.

Build the Reel
Start a Reel, arrange the imported images, choose movement and effects, then review the branding and format before generating.
