Create or open the construction project
Create or open the Procore project that contains the work you want to share. Use a clear project name so it is easy to identify from SiteSeam.

Review the project photo tool and confirm that the approved progress, milestone, detail, and completion photos are in the correct albums.

Open Procore and start the connection
Open Integrations in SiteSeam, choose Procore, and select Connect Procore. Only a workspace owner or admin can manage the connection.

Approve SiteSeam access in Procore
Procore does not present granular OAuth scopes on this approval screen. The connection inherits the signed-in user's Procore access; SiteSeam uses it only for read-only company, project, album, and photo calls and never writes to Procore. Your Procore password is never shared with SiteSeam.

Verify that Procore is connected
SiteSeam confirms the connection and marks Procore as connected. If access needs attention later, the same card guides an owner or admin through reconnecting.

Create a SiteSeam project
Create a project for the Reel and give it a descriptive name. This project will hold the imported originals and the content you create from them.

Choose the Procore project and photos
Select Procore as the source, open the matching project, and choose only the project photos cleared for business content.

Accept the media-rights statement and start the import. SiteSeam copies the selected project photos into the project without changing their source in Procore.

Start a Reel, arrange the imported images, choose movement and effects, then review the branding and format before generating.
