Create a job for the service visit
Create or open the ServiceM8 job that contains the work you want to share. Use a clear job description and service address so it is easy to identify in SiteSeam.

Open the job diary and confirm that the before, progress, testing, and completed-work images are attached to the correct job.

In SiteSeam
Open ServiceM8 and start the connection
Open Integrations in SiteSeam, choose ServiceM8, and select Connect ServiceM8. Only a workspace owner or admin can manage the connection.

Approve access in ServiceM8
Approve the read permissions needed for account details, jobs, job photos, and attachments. Your ServiceM8 password is never shared with SiteSeam.

Verify that ServiceM8 is connected
SiteSeam confirms the connection and marks ServiceM8 as connected. If access needs attention later, the same card guides an owner or admin through reconnecting.

Create a SiteSeam project
Create a project for the Reel and give it a descriptive name. This project will hold the imported originals and the content you create from them.

Choose the ServiceM8 job and photos
Select ServiceM8 as the source, open the matching job, and choose only the job-diary images you have permission to use.

Accept the media-rights statement and start the import. SiteSeam copies the selected job photos into the project without changing their source in ServiceM8.

Start a Reel, arrange the imported images, choose movement and effects, then review the branding and format before generating.
