Follow the setup steps—from preparing a product gallery in Square through authorizing the connection, importing approved images, and reviewing the finished Reel.

This walkthrough uses a demo catalog in Square Sandbox and a local SiteSeam workspace. The connection, eight-image import, and Reel are real. SiteSeam copies only the product images you approve and does not change the Square store.

In Square
Create the product in your store
Create or open the product in the intended Square merchant catalog. Use a clear product title, description, and SKU so it is easy to identify in SiteSeam.

Confirm the product gallery is complete
Review the product editor and confirm that every approved angle, detail, and lifestyle image appears in the intended gallery order.

In SiteSeam
Open Square and start the connection
Open Integrations in SiteSeam, choose Square, and select Connect Square. Only a workspace owner or admin can manage the connection.

Approve access in Square
Choose the intended Square seller and approve merchant profile and catalog read access. Your Square password is never shared with SiteSeam.

Verify that Square is connected
SiteSeam confirms the connection and marks Square as connected. If access needs attention later, the same card guides an owner or admin through reconnecting.

Create a SiteSeam project
Create a project for the Reel and give it a descriptive name. This project will hold the imported originals and the content you create from them.

Choose the Square product and images
Select Square as the source, search by the beginning of the product name, open the matching product, and choose only the gallery images you have permission to use.

Accept the media-rights statement and start the import. SiteSeam copies the selected product images into the project without changing their source in Square.

Build the Reel
Start a Reel, arrange the imported images, choose movement and effects, then review the branding and format before generating.
